I can talk as a backup speaker about Hibernate but this is the Java version of NHibernate. Would that be of any help?

The MEF intro that I was mentioning as one of the clearest I'd heard yet:- from http://channel9.msdn.com/shows/10-4/ -- http://channel9.msdn.com/shows/10-4/10-4-Episode-26-Creating-Extensible-Applications-with-the-Managed-Extensibility-Framework/

Also, Sean was looking for me to post a few more links that came up in conversation. One was for Inside the Microsoft® Build Engine: Using MSBuild and Team Foundation Build (PRO-Developer) by Sayed Ibrahim Hashimi and William Bartholomew http://www.amazon.com/Inside-Microsoft%C2%AE-Build-Engine-PRO-Developer/dp/0735626286/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1248079487&sr=8-11 (The first 3 chapters really answer everything about MSBuild you've never been 100% on and/or are doomed to figure out by trial and error, and the second half is an excellent Team Foundation Build summary. Just buy it if you have an MSBuild based build script)
